3240 Epoxy Board

3240 epoxy board is a kind of epoxy board for electrician with alkali-free glass fiber cloth impregnated with epoxy phenolic resin, baked and hot-pressed. It has high mechanical and dielectric properties, good heat and moisture resistance, and good machinability. Its heat-resistant grade is B grade.

G10 epoxy board

G10 epoxy board is a kind of epoxy board with UL94V2 flame retardant grade. Even in dry and wet state, its electrical properties are still very good. Therefore, it is a good choice for electrical insulation parts.

G11 Epoxy Board

G11 epoxy board is a kind of epoxy board with UL94V0 flame retardant grade. Even in dry and wet state, its electrical properties are still very good. Therefore, it is also a good choice for electrical insulation parts.

FR4

G11 and G10 is a relatively high performance in the epoxy board, G11 epoxy insulation board performance in general and G10, mainly including flame retardant grade UL94-VO level, high temperature mechanical properties, good processing performance and insulation properties, are used in higher-end aviation, aerospace industry.

In fact, the difference is that G11 epoxy board stronger high temperature resistance and arc resistance, etc., mainly used in electric motors, electrical equipment to do insulating structural components, can be used in humid environments and transformer oil, high-voltage switchgear, high-voltage switches and so on. Adding flame retardant on the basis of G10 epoxy board can be processed FR-4 epoxy board, while improving the flame retardant property on the basis of G11 epoxy board is FR-5 epoxy insulating board. Considering it comprehensively, with the provision of grades, the performance is getting more and more perfect, but in different application environments, each kind of material has its own special use.

What are the advantages of G11 epoxy board?

(1) Low water absorption; water absorption rate is almost 0; after 24 hours of water immersion, the water absorption rate is only: 0.09 %.

(2) High temperature resistance; heat-resistant grade of 160-180 ℃.

G10
